I learnt practicing Yoga when I was 9. I left it at 11; I never thought I’d return to it, but I did, at 30, and how! Garima was first introduced to me as a common friend at a birthday party, things were to take a different turn a few years later.

Come the never-seen-before Covid 19, and we are all at home — some still in shock, some trying to adapt quickly. This is the time when Garima, along with her practice, re-entered life.  It was supposed to be a ‘let’s try this for a week’, but ended up in two wholesome years of consistent (of course, all her students are as disciplined as her) practice.

Garima is a student of Yoga and a teacher, all in one. She learns, adapts, and delivers like it holds a certain value for her. Her own practice and the process of teaching and learning resides in her heart, and it shows. You can feel it from a laptop screen, seated 3 feet apart. You can feel it in person.

I am ever so grateful for continuing to learn from her — both in form, and in the formless.  More gratitude and more love for you, Garima.
